Sibal Recommends E-Governance,citing the same as a solution to Corruption in India as per report on Newspapers dated 29/9/2011.This shows the cunning of the members of the UPA.Electronic and Digital means are for mere cheating.EVMs and MERS are examples.Besides these can be used to add,delete and thus manipulate Data.Mainly Governments misuse,these two for erasing evidence against them.
E-Governance[Electronic and Digital means] are mainly used for cheating by the technically savvy[that include MAINLY GOVERNMENTs who may want to destroy evidence].EVMS and MERS are two very bad examples of how the Citizens suffer due to the use of Electronic means.The technically savvy [which a Government can be, due its immense power] find it easy to hoodwink the less wary by this method.
Some areas, like maintaining of EVIDENCE meed PAPER Documents as the PRIMARY method and NOT the ELECTRONIC means[as recommended by Sibal] which is liable to hacking....
