AS per Reuters,Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd said it would begin the process of restarting its 300,000 barrel per day (bpd) southern Indian refinery on Thursday,26/4/2012,as the Karnataka HC has arranged for 2MGD water for its Operations.Earlier,the Plant was shut down for a short period due to non-availability of Water.
