Earlier,faced with the CWG,Adarsh Society and 2 G Spectrum scams, he had run away to Seoul and Belgium to avoid facing the parliament for being questioned.
2.Raja may be accused of working against the National Security,providing Licenses to Cos having connections with nations inimical to India.
