Is India prepared for a Pakistani Or Chinese "Stuxnet"?
The recent Stuxnet attack on the Siemens Softwares of the Iranian industries is a matter of concern for not only India but all the other nations also.
India is industrializing rapidly and MM Singh has signed many agreements with France and Russia for many Nuke reactors(It is worth noting that the USA,started a programme for "de-industrialization",as early as the 60s of the last century.Was it preparing for or forestalling a worm attack like that of the Stuxnet?Is this why many US industries were shifted to China and other countries like India,where Labour is cheap?)
