RBI Starts Tightening
Sensex falls by 387 points to 16353.
1.SLR raised by 100 basis points to 25.%
2.The provisioning requirement of Banks,for loans to Commercial Real Estate raised from 0.4 to 1%,and  of 70% for NPA,and floating provisions.
3.Export Credit brought back to 15 from 50%.
4.Foreign Exchange Swap for banks ended.
5.Auto,Home and Education loans to be costlier.
