CBDC websites can be Hacked for ransom and may not work till the ransom is paid.Rogue States can steal the wealth of Individuals and Nations. 4.Surveillance by "Follow The Money" 5.Net is needed to spend one's own Money. 6.Sick or people who cannot handle Cellphones or Computers cannot use them. 7.They can be programmed as to what can and what cannot be bought with them.
